To all the personnel at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital
On June 2, 2020, I entered a facility I had visited many times, but never knew what went on behind the scenes. It didn’t take very long to find out what I entered.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nurse and an aide who were kind and reassuring. This helped me immensely to relax. From there until discharge on June 9, 2020, everyone from office personnel, doctors, nurses, aides, therapists (both physical and occupational), kitchen staff, were there to inform me of everything happening. There were no hidden surprises, which I appreciated very much.
Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital, in my eyes, deserves more than a 5 star rating. I left knowing everyone worked hard to make me well again. I appreciate everything you have done to help me reach the point where I am today.
