Traci Watson Aubin is a 1994 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s Occupational Therapy Program. She started her career at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in April of 1995 as a staff Occupational Therapist and quickly became the supervisor of the student education program.

She moved to the Clinical Liaisons team in 1998 and worked collaboratively on securing admissions and marketing for Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Bradford, MA.

Traci was promoted to the manager of the Clinical Liaisons in January of 2003, and Director of Marketing and the Clinical Liaisons Team in 2007. Over the course of the next decade, Traci led a very successful team of liaisons while representing Whittier Health Network at marketing and admissions events throughout New England.

In 2012, Traci was asked to represent Whittier Health Network as a strategy consultant on admissions for two other acute rehabilitation hospital units and later a strategic analyst and marketing consultant for a well-known hospital LTAC in Massachusetts.

In 2018, Traci expanded her role to Corporate Director of Business Development for all 16 of Whittier Health Network facilities and services. She was able to bring her passion for treating all patients like family to all levels of post-acute care: LTAC, IRF, TCU, SNF, Outpatient, and Home Care.
