Whittier Westborough Transitional Care Unit

Patient Testimonial

Thank You!

It is with profound appreciation that I write this letter to you to acknowledge the outstanding care that I received during my three week stay on the Transitional Care Unit. Without exception every member of the staff demonstrated professional behavior and standards in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. Today I am able to walk independently due in large part to the care I received while on the TCU. I have every confidence that my recovery was significantly enhanced by the caring attitudes and competent practices of the staff. I wish to extend my deepest gratitude to the following individuals: Chris, Kayla, Nicole, George, Sheryl, Greg, Brittany and Billy. I also want to extend my sincere appreciation to your staff that consistently went above and beyond in attending to my clinical and personal needs. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the countless kindnesses and professional courtesies you extended to me. I assure you that they were deeply appreciated. God Bless.

  • Sincerely, Patricia D, MS, MA, RN (Retired)
