Company Sponsored Monthly Certification Classes

  • Certification classes are offered at company cost: BLS, ACLS, and Dementia training as required by long term facilities.

Vacation Time

  • Full & part-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation time based on years of service & hours worked per week.

Bonus Holiday

  • Employees who work 20 - 40 hours are eligible for additional holiday pay.
  • Birthday Holiday: Must be taken within the month of your birthday
  • Floating Holiday #1: Flexible holiday pay from January 1st - February 28th

401(k) Retirement Plan

  • All employees age 21+ are eligible to participate after 30 days of employment. Employees can enroll in a Roth plan under Mass Mutual, either separate or in addition to 401k.
