“Our Mother/Aunt, K. Joyce M., was a resident at Masconomet Healthcare Center for about 3 years. Masconomet showed nothing but outstanding care and compassion towards her and our family right up until her final days. We always felt safe and content knowing that she was in the care of the outstanding nursing staff 24/7.
Ryan L., the Nurse Manager, was attentive and compassionate for the entire time she was under his care. He always followed through to ensure Joyce’s care was complete, making her reach her goals and keeping her comfortable.
Nurses including, but not limited to, Melissa, Emily, Cameron, Amanda, Joyce and Maria had skills that were outstanding and attentive at all times. The Certified Nursing Assistants; Logan, Rebecca, Ivone, Rachel and especially Martha, were incredible and caring beyond words. Aside from the Nursing Department, Housekeeping, Culinary and especially the Activities department were impeccable. We know that our Mother/Aunt completed this life’s journey comfortable and with the utmost dignity, with the credit going to those who deserve it, the employees at Masconomet Healthcare Center.
We would recommend Masconomet to anyone who wants their loved one to feel respected, cared for and loved by the staff working there. Thank you to everyone working at Masconomet for everything you all have done. As a family, we are VERY grateful. “
