Dr. Mouchantaf graduated from the School of Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center in 2004. Dr. Mouchantaf works in Beverly, MA and specializes in Pulmonary Disease. Dr. Mouchantaf is affiliated with Addison Gilbert Hospital, Beverly Hospital and Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Having over 15 years of diverse experience, especially in Internal Medicine. Dr. Fares Mouchantaf also cooperates with other doctors and physicians in medical groups including Lahey Clinic As our newly appointed Pulmonary Medical Director and colleague, Dr. Mouchantaf is looking forward to the integral roles he will play for our residents through outstanding medical delivery with family and resident-focused care. Our clinical team at Masconomet will work together to provide coordinated, individualized care for each resident.
