I wanted to thank your staff in both the Bradford and Greenleaf wings for the phenomenal care they gave my mom since she arrived at the rehabilitation floor this spring. Colleen in the Bradford Wing did a phenomenal job communicating with me letting me know how my mom was doing what we could anticipate for next steps and connecting me with all the right people to support my mom at Hannah Duston. Perlita, an aid assigned to the Bradford Wing, is the most patient kind and caring person. She and my mother developed a warm rapport and every time I saw Perlita working, she had a smile on her face and exceptional attitude.
In the Greenleaf wing, Destinee, Nurse Manager, McDonald, LPN, Darlene, LPN, and Grace, C.N.A. provided compassionate care for my mom and support for me.”
