My mother, Grace, had been a resident of Port Healthcare since December of 2022. From the moment she arrived she received loving and caring attention. My family and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff in this facility. The entire time she was there she was happy. That is certainly not the case in other facilities from what I have heard. I visited my mother almost every day during her stay so I was able to observe the staff in action. Simply amazing.
In particular I would like to commend one of the aides, Jenny B. Jenny formed a bond with my mother that was remarkable. Grace would light up when Jenny appeared or her name was mentioned. They really formed an unusually close relationship. Jenny’s devotion, love and caring is unusual. She’s a treasure in your organization. I will be forever grateful.”
