Come to this inspiring zoom‐based presentation that focuses on getting through the holidays without the common anxiety, tension, and hassle that seem to simmer in the lead up to the December holidays right through to the new year. Too many people can be heard saying “I am so glad they’re over” when referring to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Rohatsu and 13 other religious holidays and events. Family time need not be a drain on your sense of well‐being. Let this year be the one that is relaxed, convivial and most importantly emotionally recharging. Take time to be thankful for the blessing of family and friends.
