Stress and Holiday Blues
Whittier Health Network invites you to attend a Zoom continuing education presentation:
Stress and Holiday Blues: Learn ways to lower the dread too many people feel during the holiday season
Presented by: Michael Sefton, Ph.D. Director of Psychology, Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital-Westborough
Come to this inspiring zoom-based presentation that focuses on getting through the holidays without the common anxiety, tension, and hassle that seem to simmer in the lead up to the December holidays right through to the new year. Too many people can be heard saying “I am so glad they’re over” when referring to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Rohatsu and 13 other religious holidays and events. Family time need not be a drain on your sense of well-being. Let this year be the one that is relaxed, convivial and most importantly emotionally recharging. Take time to be thankful for the blessing of family and friends.
Registration is now closed.
We will need your name, email and phone number. You will then get an official Zoom Invite before the presentation which will include the meeting ID and password for joining. After the presentation you will receive a link to the online evaluation form which you must complete in order to receive your certificate (via email). You must be in the presentation room no later than five minutes after the start or you will not gain entrance. If you leave the zoom presentation you will not be allowed back in.
