“My mom was recently a rehab patient at Oak Knoll following a hospitalization. The facility was clean, neat and welcoming to enter. Front desk staff were pleasant every time I visited. My mom was cared for well during her time in rehab (3 weeks) and her needs were met. They worked hard to get her follow up appointments with outpatient providers (thanks Paula!), gave wonderful care (shout out to Naomi and Mia), and she had a positive experience working with the rehab team (thank you Connor and Rachel)! And a Big thanks to Olmy, who made my mom feel human, cared for, and safe. Whenever there was a small issue it was attended to quickly. Would recommend if looking for sub-acute rehabilitation for you or a loved one.”
