Stroke: Continuum of Care
Stroke is a common medical problem with variable presentation, management, and recovery profiles. Stroke care requires coordination of healthcare professionals across a continuum. This talk reviews the basic principles, standards of care, and novel approaches to assist in delivering high quality care to patients and families.
