A Special Facility

We are very proud of the comfortable elegance that the facility provides to our residents.
We work very hard to bring all the comforts of home.

In designing living accommodations, we paid special attention to details. Private and semi-private rooms are pleasantly decorated. Each has an individual look. They are large enough to truly allow for optimum comfort and convenience. Each has a private bath. Residents are encouraged to add their personal touch to their rooms. A favorite piece of furniture, pictures, cherished knickknacks can help make any room more like home.

On each resident floor, there is a sitting room and small kitchen where patients and their guests can gather to socialize or share a snack. There is also a library and music room, activities room, patio, therapy rooms and beauty salon.

The formal dining room has the ambiance of one of your favorite dining restaurants.
Our selective menu includes regional and international specialties and seasonal favorites, all of which are prepared under the supervision of a registered dietitian and medical staff. Individual room service is also available.

A Special Setting
The facility is attractively situated on lovely grounds. When you arrive, you will find the setting to be pleasant and comfortable.

Inside, you will find elegant dining and social rooms and finely decorated living accommodations. In addition, the nursing and therapeutic services are second to none. Programs are comprehensive, offering residents the most modern, innovative therapies available.

“Dear “E” family: I have no words to express my feelings for all of you. I can never thank you for your care, love, laughter, yes and tears, too. You are truly family. Your caring and love for Frank is still overwhelming, and your care for me, made my time with you very enjoyable! You all know who you are and how much I care for you all! See you soon.”

“To all of our nurses: Marie, Deb, Cindy, April, Marie and all the rest whose names I can not recall, forgive me, No words will capture my ever gratefulness for your true tenderness and care for my father. I only wish you could have known him before his illness. I thank you for your kind words and deeds for him and towards him. I know he appreciated that and I know Mom did. Thank you for your kleenex to dry my eyes or your gentle touch of reassurance during my struggle. You all have hearts that never stop giving. With sincerest gratitude.”

“Dear Friends, Nursing Staff-West Wing, Just a note of sincere thanks to all of you who cared for my son-in-law, Robert Westgate. We are very grateful to you for the kindness and sympathy and patience you showed to our loved one. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Nemasket is lucky to have you on their staff.”

“To all of the Staff on the West Wing and everyone who helped Bev, “What happened to my mom 10 long years ago was a horrible thing. It must be awful to be alert and oriented yet trapped in your own body. We are thankful that God got her into your wonderful care. My sister and I have young families and were unable to be there as much as we would have liked. You all gave us the peace of mind to know she was cared for well, and with compassion, dignity and friendship. (thank you Anna)I work in long term care and know that nothing is perfect. I have always, and will always, tell people about your facility and the great care you give. You will never know how much we appreciate all that everyone did for her. Thank You!”

“Thank you to the Administration of Nemasket Healthcare Center, The family of Marjorie M. Larsh would like to bring to your attention a very caring nurse—I only know her first name—Lisa. She is studying for her R.N. My Mother was in a real unresponsive state and wouldn't eat, talk or smile. Lisa suggested a medication may be causing this type of change in her personality. She's now back to her smiling & responding to everyone who will talk or ask her questions.”

“Dear Nemasket Healthcare, I am writing on behalf of Rose Dion, a former resident on the West Wing of Nemasket in Middleboro. She was a client there from Feb. 2005 until her passing in May 2006.While there she was treated with compassion, respect, and expert care. There aren’t enough positive words to express our deep appreciation to all people who contributed to Rose’s well-being.”
